Terms and Conditions

Membership at The Fox Golf Club is personal and non-transferable. Members are required to pay the applicable subscription and membership fees according to the established rates and payment terms. Membership entitles access to the golf courses and facilities of The Fox Golf Club, including the clubhouse area. Membership categories and associated privileges are determined by The Fox Golf Club and may be subject to change with prior notice to the members.

Members are expected to adhere to the current rules and regulations while playing on the golf courses of The Fox Golf Club. Booking tee times can be done according to The Fox Golf Club's established procedures and is subject to availability. Guests of members are welcome on The Fox Golf Club's golf courses but are also required to adhere to the current rules and regulations.

The clubhouse area of The Fox Golf Club is accessible to members and their guests. Consumptions in the clubhouse area must be paid according to the prevailing rates and payment terms. Bringing outside food and beverages into the clubhouse area is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with The Fox Golf Club's management.

Members and their guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow members, staff, and The Fox Golf Club's property. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to the use of coarse language, harassment, or aggressive behavior, is prohibited. Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

The Fox Golf Club is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss of property of members or their guests during their stay on the golf courses or in the clubhouse area. Members are responsible for adequately insuring themselves and their property during their stay at the club.

By becoming a member of The Fox Golf Club, members agree to these terms and conditions and commit to adhering to the current rules and regulations of the club.
