Parc Zaarderheiken is a unique nature reserve where two hundred hectares of forest, heathland, sand dunes, stream valley, and cultural landscapes are created, managed, and protected. The area is being developed into a more sustainable and innovative natural and living environment based on impactful sustainability principles.
The 18-hole golf course, situated in the beautiful estate of Parc Zaarderheiken Venlo, was designed by Steve Marnoch and Dimitri van Hauwaert, who had one mission for the design: to create a challenging golf course that takes the existing nature and varied landscape into account as much as possible.
Your round of golf will take you through sand dunes, forest holes, water holes, heathland areas, and various water features in the Mierbeek valley. In short, golf where you are athletically challenged, but above all, enjoy yourself.
Additionally, THE FOX will become a venue for business meetings, and you will make new friends. The goal of THE FOX is to facilitate the ultimate feeling of home, both on the course and in the clubhouse.
At present, the existing Anna Hoeve farmhouse is being renovated, and other buildings are being prepared to welcome you warmly soon.
Currently, more than 9 holes are almost ready and playable. It will soon be possible to play 9 holes. The other holes and parts of the course are being seeded and will mature to be playable as a full 18-hole course by the end of the summer. The course will also officially open at that time.
